Use this guide before checkout so every product, size, payment, delivery, and pickup detail is reviewed correctly.
THREAD DISTRICT orders move through product selection, checkout review, payment confirmation, fulfilment preparation, and delivery or pickup tracking.
1. Browse the store
Start from the store, brand pages, collections, or product categories. Product availability can change as stock is updated, so review the live product page before adding an item to cart.
Use filters and product details to compare categories, brands, sizes, colors, prices, and current product notes.
- Open product pages for full images, price, size, color, stock, and fulfilment details.
- Check whether the product supports delivery, pickup, or both.
- Add items to wishlist if you want to return to them later.
2. Check size and product details
Review sizing notes before checkout, especially for streetwear items that may fit relaxed, oversized, cropped, or true to size depending on the brand and product.
If you are unsure, compare the listed size guidance with a similar item you already own or contact support before placing the order.

3. Review cart and checkout
Before payment, confirm the product, size, color, quantity, delivery or pickup method, phone number, and address or pickup details.
Checkout may ask you to sign in so order history, tracking, account details, and support records can stay connected safely.
4. Pay and wait for confirmation
Use only the payment options shown during checkout. THREAD DISTRICT may use ZB Smile & Pay and any other active payment providers enabled for the store.
An order is not ready for fulfilment until payment is successful or the store can verify the transaction. If money appears deducted but the order remains pending, contact support before placing duplicate orders.
5. Track delivery or pickup
After checkout, use order tracking or account orders to follow payment and fulfilment status. Delivery and pickup timing depend on payment confirmation, stock preparation, courier availability, and the selected fulfilment method.
For pickup orders, wait until the order is marked ready or support confirms the pickup instructions. Bring the details requested in your order record.
