Digital vouchers are delivered after successful payment confirmation. Platform, region, and edition availability depend on the product listing. Vouchers that have already been revealed, delivered, or redeemed are treated as fulfilled digital goods.
Payments are processed through Paynow Zimbabwe and its supported payment channels. Orders may remain pending until Paynow confirms completion. Fraud checks, provider timeouts, or customer-cancelled payments can delay or cancel fulfillment.
Support requests should be submitted with accurate order details. Refunds for physical goods may be reviewed case by case, while digital products are generally non-refundable after voucher delivery unless required by law or caused by a verified fulfillment issue.
You are responsible for activity on your account. SkyMotion Logistics may suspend abusive activity, revoke platform access to unfulfilled items, or restrict use of referral, review, and support tools where misuse is detected. Admin areas remain restricted to authorized accounts.
