This page explains how THREAD DISTRICT delivery, pickup, payment confirmation, pending payments, and order tracking work for customer orders.
Use this page before checkout or while tracking an order to understand payment confirmation, courier delivery, pickup readiness, and support requirements.
Before You Pay
Before submitting payment, review the selected product, size, color, quantity, delivery or pickup method, phone number, and address details. THREAD DISTRICT uses those details to prepare the order and route fulfilment correctly.
Products may have different fulfilment options depending on stock, item setup, pickup availability, and delivery coverage. A cart may need adjustment if selected items cannot be fulfilled together.
- Adding an item to cart or wishlist does not permanently reserve stock.
- Delivery fees and available options are shown during checkout.
- A shipping address is required when courier delivery is selected.
Payments
Checkout may use ZB Smile & Pay and any other payment methods enabled in the store. An order is not complete until the payment provider confirms a successful payment result or the store can verify the transaction.
If payment is declined, abandoned, expired, reversed, or still pending, the order may not move to fulfilment. If money was deducted but the order did not update, do not place repeated duplicate orders before contacting support.
- Keep the order ID, checkout email, payment time, and provider reference available for payment support.
- THREAD DISTRICT does not ask customers to send full card details through WhatsApp, email, social media, or the contact form.
- Pending payments can be reviewed through account orders, order tracking, or support.
Delivery
Delivery timing depends on payment confirmation, item availability, courier routing, the delivery address, and operational capacity. Delivery estimates are targets used to guide fulfilment, not guaranteed arrival times.
Once an order is moving through fulfilment, tracking details, courier notes, or order status updates may be added where available. Customers should keep their phone reachable so support or delivery partners can confirm details if needed.
- Courier delivery is available across Zimbabwe where service coverage allows.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery details can delay fulfilment.
- Delivery fees may vary by address, courier option, and cart contents.
Pickup
Some products or orders may support pickup instead of delivery. Pickup details can include a pickup location, pickup time, pickup note, and verification details such as an order ID, phone number, or pickup code.
Do not visit for pickup until the order is marked ready or support confirms the pickup instructions. Pickup readiness depends on confirmed payment, stock preparation, and the selected pickup workflow.
- Bring the order ID and phone number used at checkout.
- A pickup code may be required when one has been issued.
- Pickup details can change if operational availability changes.
Tracking and Support
Use the order tracking page or account orders to check the latest known order state. If the status does not look right, contact support with enough information to identify the transaction and fulfilment path.
For order-specific help, include your order ID, account email or checkout email, payment reference if relevant, product name, selected variant, delivery address or pickup details, and a clear description of the issue.
